Switzerland: Veganic Farm “La Ferme du Château” in the Canton of Vaud Certified Biocyclic Vegan − November 2024

La Ferme du Château Achieves Biocyclic Vegan Certification!

We’re thrilled to announce that La Ferme du Château, located in the beautiful and fertile canton of Vaud in western Switzerland, has officially achieved Biocyclic Vegan Certification as of November 2024! This groundbreaking achievement marks an inspiring milestone in their journey of sustainable, livestock-free farming.

For over ten years, Bruno and Cathy Graf have cultivated their farm according to Switzerland’s ‘Bio-Knospe’ organic standards, embracing vegan organic principles since 2014. Their dedication to biocyclic vegan agriculture shines through a variety of practices that include arable farming, vegetable growing, and agroforestry.

Committed to purely plant-based fertilization, the Grafs continue to innovate in organic cultivation. “We are exploring new niche products by cultivating innovative and forward-looking crops,” say Bruno and Cathy. “Through research projects on sustainable agriculture, in close collaboration with FiBL, our focus has been on pioneering new farming methods and experimentation.”

This new certification not only strengthens La Ferme du Château’s role as a leader in vegan organic agriculture in Switzerland but also encourages greater public engagement. Their products are available through an online shop, making it easier for customers to support and enjoy biocyclic vegan-certified produce.

Congratulations to La Ferme du Château for setting a new standard in ethical, sustainable farming!
