In this video from the biocyclic vegan practice, the Swiss grower Michel Arn explains how he takes the principle of veganism all the way back to the field. The film was produced in the context of the project “Veganer Ökolandbau” (Vegan Organic Farming) conducted by the German Förderkreis Biozyklisch-Veganer Anbau e.V. (Association for the Promotion of Biocyclic Vegan Agriculture), which was largely funded by the German Federal Environment Agency.
